1.Experienced Business Analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the internet / Online or Travel industry with minimum 5-6 years of experience
2.Adaptable Business Analyst skilled in recording, interpreting, and analyzing data in a fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Excel, PPT, Word. Experienced in preparing detailed Dashboards, documents and reports while managing complex internal and external data analysis responsibilities. Responsible for analyzing data to identify specific instances of risk, broader risk trends and points of supplier friction. Develop scalable solutions for business and build a robust set of business metrics and utilize metrics to determine improvement opportunities.
3.Partner with key stakeholders and dig deep into business challenges to understand and extract high value insights that will enable standards that improve our ability to scale our business.
4.Good communication skills .
5.Strong Time Management Skills : able to prioritize tasks in hand and adhere to timelines
6.Strong Project Management Skills able to manage and execute project in coordination with various departments
7.Gathering critical information from the meetings with various stakeholders and making useful reports
8.Actively engage in monthly strategic meets to record initiatives and closely track progress

Skills Set :
  • Prior P&L / Corporate Development/ Corporate Strategy/ Category Management/ Product Management experience preferable
  • Approximately 5-6 years’ experience
  • Prior online and travel experience preferred
  • Excellent understanding of market and consumer trends
  • Experience with web analytics, data mining & BI tools (GA, SQL, R/ Python, Tableau / Qliksense / Qlikview / PowerBI)

  • Self-starter with excellent communication, leadership, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
